Applications are NOW OPEN for the McClelland Sculpture Survey & Award 2014 from 1 September to 31 October 2013. National and international sculptors are encouraged to apply.
The selected artists will be eligible for the McClelland Award an acquisitive award of $100,000; the Frankston City People’s Choice Award of $20,000 and the McClelland Achievement Prize (MAP) valued at $30,000 which also includes a solo exhibition at McClelland.
Since its inception in 2003, the McClelland Sculpture Survey & Award has emerged as the most important biennial outdoor sculpture exhibition in Australia. The exhibition presents over 30 works in an outdoor exhibition that highlight the diversity and invention of contemporary sculpture.The 2014 McClelland Sculpture Survey & Award will be open to the public from Sunday 23 November 2014 until Sunday 19 July 2015 at McClelland Sculpture Park+Gallery.
Submissions to the McClelland Sculpture Survey & Award 2014 must be received by no later than close of business 31 October 2013, the shortlisted artists will be announced early December 2013.
