The British Council and the Bengal Foundation are looking for innovative, cutting-edge graphic short-stories (it will look and feel like a comic, but we are encouraging story/short fiction told visually, addressing an issue or topic) for an anthology to be published by Bengal Publications in November of 2014, in time for the HAY FESTIVAL. We welcome submissions from cartoonists/artists/writers working in all genres. If you have a graphic short-story idea,do not hesitate to send it to us and we will consider all submissions. Send a 5-15 pages long 1st draft of your graphic short-story on the topic of IDENTITY, by 30 May 2014. The story can be in English or Bangla. Submissions can be made by post or email.
