B3's cross-platform talent development programme, aimed at minority ethnic creatives who are ready to take their projects to the next level, will offer participants an unrivalled opportunity to hone their skills, sharpen their focus and gain the contacts and confidence to compete in producing multimedia content for multi platform distribution and connecting their work with audiences on and offline.
The team is looking for individuals with a strong story to tell and a track record in visual and digital arts, film and TV, radio and theatre. The team will shortlist 20 candidates to participate in a series of development labs slated for June/July 2014. From these labs, up to 12 projects will be selected for further development and up to 6 projects will be commissioned and produced between August and October 2014 with an opportunity to present their work in venues in Nottingham and London at the end of the program.
