The Genius Loci Weimar projection festival in Weimar is launching its second video mapping competition. From 31st January to 15th April 2013, designers, architects and all interested artists are welcome to apply individually or in groups with innovative and creative ideas for three historical buildings` facades in Weimar.
Out of these selected artworks the Jury will announce 3 prize winners. Each winner will be awarded with a prize money of 15.000 Euros, which has to be used to realize the final projection for the festival. Whereas the organizers provide all necessary technique and accommodation, the artist has to pay all travel costs. The Genius Loci Weimar projection-festival in Weimar will be held from the 5th to 11th August 2013 in cooperation with Bauhaus University Weimar.
