The 2014 competition theme is COSMETIC BOTTLES AND CONTAINERS - "STRIVING FOR BEAUTY". To be considered for the awards, all entrants should submit designs for cosmetic product containers. The cosmetic containers should be principally made out of glass, ceramics, plastic and various contemporary composite materials. All submitted entries must be entirely new and original creations, both functional and aesthetically pleasing, suitable for large-scale production. All items (cosmetic containers) should be presented in the form of 3D digital models produced with CAD/CAM or CAID software, and in high-resolution rendered images clearly showing the shape, appearance and purpose of the artefacts, as well as their dimensions, materials, surface finishes and paints. The submission deadline is 1st July 2014.
