What are the Wales Arts International WOMEX 13 Bursaries? Wales Arts International is offering support for musicians, managers, and other agents and individuals and those representing industry organisations to attend WOMEX 13 in Cardiff, a key international world music showcase and trade event. The Wales Arts International WOMEX 13 Bursary is targeted at musicians based in Wales and managers/agents representing musicians based in Wales to attend WOMEX for the first time. The bursary package is supported by Cerdd Cymru Music Wales, the hosts of this year’s WOMEX. The bursary includes a full delegate pass (worth 255 €) and a contribution of £100 towards travel and accommodation costs. It is unlikely that we will be able to offer more than one bursary to a group or an organisation, unless there are clear and separate individual objectives. A maximum of 25 bursaries will be made. The application deadline is 1st July at 5.00pm.
