Pop Up! Edinburgh is a creative organization that is aimed at providing
opportunities to artists and educating the public about the arts. Our main focus
is the creation of non-permanent, site specific exhibitions around Edinburgh. Pop Up! Edinburgh is celebrating the year of Scottish Homecoming with an exhibition of work
celebrating Scottish artists and those who have chosen to call Caledonia home.
This is a temporary exhibition in Ocean Terminal shopping centre and will
feature high end art work, custom “affordable art”, innovative workshops, and
unique installations. Open to all artist who have a connection to Scotland. Work in all materials and media will be considered from paint and print, to
sculpture, to performance and media. Proposals will be accepted in 3 areas; fine art and installations, affordable art and workshops.
The deadline is Sunday 15 June 2014 at 23:55.While it is free to submit, upon acceptance there will be a £25 participation fee.
