AFAC supports projects in the following fields:
Literature: Research, writing and publishing of literary works, including novels, short stories, poetry, translations and biographies, in print and online.
Performing Arts: Development and production of theatrical, dance and other forms of performing arts.
Visual Arts: Production and organization of art exhibitions, installations, and other forms of visual arts.
Applications must be submitted online between November 1st, 2012 and April 1st, 2013. Applications are open to Arab individuals living in the Arab region or in diaspora and to local, regional and international institutions whose projects are related to contemporary Arab culture. Applications for Visual Arts and Performing Arts can be submitted in either Arabic or in English, while Literature applications can be submitted only in Arabic.
