Neon is based in the UK, and is published online and in print every quarter. We publish writers from anywhere in the world, and everything we publish is available for free online (although we are very happy when readers donate or buy print copies, as it helps us keep on publishing). At the moment we're reading submissions for the Autumn issue, due to be published in November. We'd love to see more work from writers based in the UK, and young writers in particular - although submissions from anyone regardless of age or location are welcome. Deadline is Friday 01st November 2013.
